The Southington Police Department announced the following arrests and citations from Wednesday, June 29 through Thursday, July 7:
- David J. Plourde, 31, of 274 North Main St., Southington, was charged on July 5 with possession of heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia.
- Jacob Abrahante, 19, of 79 Hillwood Ln, Meriden, was charged on July 5 with possession of less than one half ounce of marijuana.
- Julie Lovely, 49, of 60 Shetland Dr., Southington, was charged on July 10 with disorderly conduct.
- Mark D. Lovely, 49, of 60 Shetland Dr., Southington, was charged on July 10 with first degree criminal mischief, second degree breach of peace, and second degree assault.
- Debra Perron, 48, of last known address 78 John St., New Britain, was charged on July 5 with second degree criminal mischief.
- Rene M. Drozdziel, 45, of 163 Rethal St., Southington, was charged on July 12 with violation of a protective order.
- Wendy M. Zentek, 50, of 146 Plum Orchard Rd., Southington, was charged on July 11 with driving under the influence of liquor or drug and following too close.
- Tavares Neal, 22, of 474 Mill St., Southington, was charged on July 12 with possession of less than one half ounce of marijuana.
- Elizabeth L. Petersen, 42, of 62 Parkview Dr., Plantsville, was charged on July 12 with failure to respond to an infraction.
- Lee Holtz, 52, of 45 Ward St., Wallingford, was charged on July 13 with fifth degree larceny.
