The Southington Police Department announced the following arrests and citations from Thursday, July 28 through Wednesday, Aug. 3:
- Angela Mikienis, 30, of 52 Woodruff St., Southington, was charged on Aug. 5 with disorderly conduct.
- Kevin R. Sisco, 27, of 50 Baldwin Circle, Southington, was charged on Aug. 5 with disorderly conduct.
- Dianna Stapleton-St. Germain, 49, of 999 East Johnson Ave., Cheshire, was charged on Aug. 5 with driving under the influence of alcohol or drug and risk of injury to a minor.
- Jared Martin, 36, of 17 East Summer St., Southington, was charged on Aug. 5 with disorderly conduct. In a second incident, he was charged with third degree burglary and second degree larceny. In a third incident, he was charged with first degree failure to appear.
- Shannon Boucher, 38, of 162 Berlin Ave., Southington, was charged on Aug. 6 with a cell phone violation, operating a motor vehicle under suspension, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, and possession of more than one half ounce of marijuana.
- Loretta Casiano, 42, of 211 West Center St., Southington, was charged on Aug. 6 with disorderly conduct.
- Heidi L. Deming, 50, of 25 Broad St., Middletown, was charged on Aug. 7 with failure to respond to an infraction. In a second incident, she was charged with violation of probation.
- Haley Flagge, 19, of 92 Berlin Ave., Southington, was charged on Aug. 8 with third degree criminal mischief.
- Elijah Pink, 43, of 98 Crest Ave., East Haven, was charged on Aug. 8 with sixth degree larceny.
- Kevin L. Clements, 49, of 25 Zwicks Farm Rd., Southington, was charged on Aug. 9 with illegal firing of a firearm, second degree breach of peace, and first degree endangerment.
- Michael M. Mikienis, 39, of 52 Woodruff St., Southington, was charged on Aug. 9 with disorderly conduct.
- Justin F. Sheehan, 32, of 114 Whitlock Ave., Plantsville, was charged on Aug. 10 with reckless driving.
- Joan Maldonado, 31, of 5 Angelas Way, Burlington, was charged on Aug. 10 with first degree criminal mischief and second degree breach of peace.
- Lisa Pernal, 39, of 4 Queen Terr., Southington, was charged on Aug. 10 with disorderly conduct.
- Patricia Pernal, 64, of 4 Queen Terr., Southington, was charged on Aug. 10 with disorderly conduct.
- William Stapell Jr., 50, of 79 Bernard Rd, Kensington, was charged on Aug. 14 with second degree threatening and second degree breach of peace.
