The Southington Police Department announced the following arrests and citations from Friday, Sept. 23 through Sunday, Sept. 25:
- Loraine S. Pillon, 68, of 116 Torrington Ave., Collinsville, was charged on Sept. 23 with disorderly conduct.
- Scarlett Forbes, 41, of 2 Carey St., Southington, was charged on Sept. 23 with disorderly conduct.
- Gregory Pillon, 40, of 464 Berlin St., Southington, was charged on Sept. 23 with disorderly conduct.
- David Plourde Jr., 32, of 274 North Main St., Southington, was charged on Sept. 23 with possession of narcotics.
- Pedro Ortiz, 25, of 131 Clinic Dr., New Britain, was charged on Sept. 23 with driving under the influence of alcohol or drug and operating a motor vehicle under suspension.
- Francesca N. Sophroniou, 19, of 67 Oakland Rd., Southington, was charged on Sept. 24 with possession of less than one half ounce of marijuana.
- Amanda Day, 18, of 116 Godek Hill Rd., Meriden, was charged on Sept. 24 with reckless driving.
- Joseph E. Johnson, 48, of 21 Birch St., Forestville, was charged on Sept. 25 with third degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct.
- Mary Ellen Rogers, 51, of 215 Marion Ave., Southington, was charged on Sept. 25 with second degree criminal damage to property and disorderly conduct.
