The Southington Police Department announced the following arrests and citations from Sunday, Dec. 4 through Thursday, Dec. 8:
•Todd A. Whittaker, 49, of 26 Darling St., Southington, was arrested on Dec. 4 and charged with creating a public disturbance.
•Justin M. Flanagan, 19, of 810 Marion Ave., Plantsville, was arrested on Dec. 5 and charged with disorderly conduct and third degree assault.
•Sydney Robbins, 22, of 2278 Mount Vernon Rd., Southington, was arrested on Dec. 5 and charged with second degree breach of peace.
•Victoria Nicole Flanagan, 20, of 810 Marion Ave., Plantsville, was arrested on Dec. 5 and charged with disorderly conduct and third degree assault.
•Adam M. Basiel, 31, of 234 Sherman Ave., Meriden, was arrested on Dec. 5 and charged with passing a school bus.
•Rita K. Vieira, 59, of 43 Dean Dr., Newington, was arrested on Dec. 5 and charged with passing a school bus.
•Austin Garuti, 18, of 1098 Savage St., Southington, was arrested on Dec. 6 and charged with disorderly conduct.
•Victoria Nicole Flanagan, 20, of 810 Marion Ave., Plantsville, was arrested on Dec. 6 and charged with third degree criminal mischief, interfering with officers, and disorderly conduct.
•Kevin McManus, 20, of 12 Meriline Ave., Waterbury, was arrested on Dec. 6 and charged with violation of a restraining order.
•Christopher Thompson, 27, of 16 Judd St., Bristol, was arrested on Dec. 7 and charged with two incidents of disorderly conduct.
•Jacob J. Andrews, 20, of 6 Garrigus Ct., Wolcott, was arrested on Dec. 7 and charged with possession of alcohol by a minor.
•Ashley Sisk, 24, of 1718 Mt Vernon Rd, Southington, was arrested on Dec. 8 and charged with second degree failure to appear.
