The Southington Police Department announced the following arrests and citations from Tuesday, Dec. 6 through Tuesday, Dec. 13:
- Nelson Ortiz, 41, of 42 Elam St., New Britain, was arrested on Dec. 6 and charged with sixth degree larceny.
- Giovanna Paone, 36, of 96 Davis Dr., Bristol, was arrested on Dec. 9 and charged with sixth degree larceny.
- Wiktor Berniak, 18, of 10 Queens Ter., Southington, was arrested on Dec. 12 and charged with driving under the influence of liquor or drug and traveling too fast for conditions.
- Ava Cookson, 22, of 41 Muir Ter., Southington, was arrested on Dec. 12 and charged with second degree failure to appear.
- Wanda Medina, 43, of 386 Broad St., New Britain, was arrested on Dec. 8 and charged with Failure to obey traffic signal
- David P. Latino, 44, of 103 Sandra Ln., Southington, was arrested on Dec. 12 and charged with fourth degree larceny, second degree robbery, reckless driving, and engaging police in pursuit.
- Robert W. Santillo, 51, of 58 Old Tavern Rd., Orange, was arrested on Dec. 13 and charged with third degree larceny.
