Southington Police have arrested a Plainville man on charges that he was selling heroin in and around town.
On Thursday, June 19, police arrested Fernando Vasquez, 22, of Plainville, following an investigation that spanned several months.
He was charged with three counts of the sale of narcotics. He was held on a $300,000 bond with a June 20 court date.
Vasquez was taken into custody in Bristol, where he was meeting with his parole officer. Vasquez was on probation for a prior drug related conviction.
