At 11 a.m. on Tuesday, March 29, members of the Southington Police Department Special Investigation Unit, along with officials from the U.S. Marshals Service, took a local man into custody for outstanding warrants in Illinois.
Geremy Wallace, 36, of 76 Cherry Street was wanted by the McHenry County Sheriff’s Office in the State of Illinois on a fully extraditable arrest warrant charging him with three counts of aggravated criminal sexual abuse. Police and marshals located Wallace at his home, and took him into custody as a fugitive from justice without incident.
Wallace was processed and held on a $500,000 bond. He was transported to Bristol Superior Court for a court appearance on March 29.
