Justine Ashline, 25, of Ellington was transported from Bridgeport CC to the Bristol Superior Court (GA17) on April 29, per order of a Habeas Corpus for an incident on Mount Vernon Rd. in June 2014.
The warrant alleges that Ashline burglarized a shed on Mount Vernon Rd in Southington, and she took assorted gardent tools. Later, she sold them to a Waterbury pawn shop. The tools were recovered by police and are being held as evidence.
Ashline collected $185 for the pawned items.
Ashline was arrested and processed at the Bristol Superior Court on the same day and charged with third degree burglary, fourth degree larceny, and third degree criminal mischief.
