The Southington Police Department announced the following arrests and citations from Thursday, July 28 through Wednesday, Aug. 3:

  • Frances Rodriguez, 25, of 366 South Main St., New Britain, was charged on July 28 with sixth degree larceny.
  • Sydney A. Robbins, 22, of 2278 Mount Vernon Rd., Southington, was charged on July 28 with second degree breach of peace.
  • Matthew Gutowski, 22, of 125 Knowles Ave., Southington, was charged on July 28 with third degree assault and second degree breach of peace.
  • Jacob Finn, 20, of 42 Fieldview Dr., Burlington, was charged on July 28 with failure to respond to an infraction.
  • Jacob Finn, 20, of 42 Fieldview Dr., Burlington, was charged on July 28 with simple trespassing, and second degree criminal trespassing.
  • Lucas Hodlin, 21, of 124 Sabina Dr., Southington, was charged on July 29 with possession of less than one half ounce of marijuana and failure to have lights lit.
  • Robert J. Street, 36, of 50 High St., New Britain, was charged on July 30 with fifth degree larceny, credit card theft, and fraudulent use of an ATM.
  • Mary Kate Kupstis, 47, of 51 Welch St., Plainville, was charged on July 31 with disorderly conduct.
  • Scott A. Wentworth, 47, of 233 Russet Ln., Southington, was charged on Aug. 2 with violation of a protective order and second degree breach of peace.
  • Carolyn D. Wentworth, 46, of 233 Russet Lane, Southington, was charged on Aug. 2 with violation of a protective order and second degree breach of peace.
  • Noor Naseri, 19, of 1849 Meriden Rd., Wolcott, was charged on Aug. 2 with traveling too fast and possession of less than one half ounce of marijuana.
  • Katie C. McMahon, 28, of 173 Diana Rd., Plantsville, was charged on Aug. 2 with sixth degree larceny.
  • Thomas Smith, 31, of 25 Mountainview Rd., Southington, was charged on Aug. 3 with violation of a protective order.
