Neftali Bultes
Neftali Bultes, 40, of Waterbury, was arrested at his residence on Friday, Aug. 26, at approximately 5:30 p.m. and was transported to Southington police for processing.
The warrant stemmed from a domestic violence sexual assault incident that occurred in Southington on Aug. 7, 2016. Bultes and the victim were acquaintances prior to the incident.
Bultes was taken into custody without incident and charged with first degree sexual assault, third degree asssault, and second degree reckless endangerment. He was held on a $500,000 bond and was scheduled to appear in court on Aug. 29.
The warrant was sealed, and no further information will be released by police.
