The Southington Police Department announced the following arrests and citations from Thursday, Aug. 18 through Tuesday, Aug. 23:
- Tyler Demarco, 48, of 321 Berlin St., Southington, was charged with creating a public disturbance on Aug. 23.
- Samuel J. Manzo, 56, of 53 Smoron Court, Southington, was charged with blight on Aug. 24.
- Samuel J. Manzo, 56, of 53 Smoron Court, Southington, was charged with blight on Aug. 25.
- Nicholas Yovina, 22, of 95 Hightower Rd., Southington, was charged with possession of less than one half ounce of marijuana and operating a motor vehicle without a license on Aug. 25.
- Gregory P. Demaio, 22, of 865 Pleasant St., Southington, was charged with possession of less than one half ounce of marijuana on Aug. 25.
- Jodi L. Cirillo, 52, of 777 Old Turnpike Rd., Plantsville, was charged with blight on Aug. 25.
- Ashley M. Villafane, 28, of 158 School St., Bristol, was charged with fourth degree larceny and conspiracy to commit fourth degree larceny on Aug. 26.
- Naftali Butles, 40, of 293 Walnut St., Waterbury, was charged with first degree sexual assault, third degree assault, and second degree reckless endangerment on Aug. 26.
- Mark Gove, 37, of 296 Harness Dr., Southington, was charged with disorderly conduct on Aug. 28.
- Angela Brown, 39 of 1484 Mount Vernon Rd., Southington, was charged with second degree breach of peace on Aug. 29.
- Ava Marie Cookson, 21, of 41 Muir Terrace, Southington, was charged with sixth degree larceny and third degree forgery on Aug. 29.
- Brenda Mulhall, 51, of 193 Malcein Dr., Southington, was charged with third degree assault, third degree strangulation, and second degree breach of peace on Aug. 29.
- Anthony Tobias, 26, of 525 Crown St., Meriden, was charged with third degree larceny on Aug. 30.
- Edwin J. Martinez, 37, of 45 Russell Ave., Plainville, was charged with sixth degree larceny and fifth degree computer crime on Aug. 30.
