The Southington Police Department announced the following arrests and citations from Wednesday, Sept. 7 through Tuesday, Sept. 13:
- Brian Carroll, 22, of 110 South St., Bristol, was charged on Sept. 8 with four separate incidents of selling heroin.
- Hunter Saulnier, 18, of 489 Wolcott St., Bristol, was charged on Sept. 9 with possession of less than one half ounce of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
- Daniel Milligan, 18, of 101 Lakeside Dr., Bristol, was charged on Sept. 9 with possession of less than one half ounce of marijuana.
- Brian Achim, 18, of 229 Westport Dr., Meriden, was charged on Sept. 9 with possession of less than one half ounce of marijuana.
- Orlando T. Zabka, 18, of 94 Pine Meadow Dr., Bristol, was charged on Sept. 9 with possession of less than one half ounce of marijuana.
- Carlos Cruz, 39, of 60 Wooding St., Bristol, was charged on Sept. 10 with evading responsibility and third degree criminal trespassing.
- William F. Smith, 19, of 160 Roseanna Rd., Southington, was charged on Sept. 12 with possession of drug paraphernalia.
- Jessica N. Sackett, 23, of 75 Michael Dr., Southington, was charged on Sept. 9 with passing a school bus.
- Samual J. Manzo, 56, of 53 Smoron Dr., Southington, was charged on Sept. 12 with blight.
- Michele Maurais, 40, of 324 Buckland St., Plantsville, was charged on Sept. 10 with disorderly conduct.
- Darren Dominic Ziegler, 28, of 161 First St., New Britain, was charged on Sept. 13 with second degree failure to appear. In a second incident, he was charged with fourth degree larceny. I two separate incidents, he was charged with a probation violation.
- Shawn W. Parenteau, 53, of 32 Pratt St., Southington, was charged on Sept. 13 with passing a standing school bus.
